Should I buy a 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier with low mileage?

Is it a good buy if I got this car? It has about 40,000 miles. I checked the car fax and it hasn't been in any accidents and it doesn't have any damage. It seems to be in good condition. What do you think?
 
Not bad at all if 40k miles are all oringinal ! chevys are good cars and last long cavaliers are nice cars too specially the 2 doors if it hasnt been in any accidents or damage sound like a good buy ! Good luck
