Should I buy a used 2007 bmw 328i?

I have recently found a beautiful 2007 BMW 328i coupe that was originally leased to one person who drove it for about 3 years and then returned it and now it is for sale. It is a great looking car, but as I am doing more and more research I am seeing that many people complain about the maintenance for their BMW's, which worries me. Are they expensive to have? Are they Reliable? It is not like I will be racing the car. I just want it to enjoy around the city. I really want this car but if it is not worth it, should I buy a new one? The money is not really an issue. I just found this one that looks brand new and I was thinking, "If nothing is wrong with it, I'll save a few bucks and take it"
Any Help/Ideas would be great.
