Ok..so I'm traveling to Chicago on the 6th of August. My dilemma is that I am not sure if I need to buy a ticket for him. He's 3. And all together the total will be 463.64$ Elsewhere, I've read that he can just sit on my lap for the 2 hour ride. but then another place I've read that ages 2 and up I would have to buy a ticket. So should i buy a ticket for him? Or can I just claim that he's a lap child? And if i do the latter...would I have to bring ID for him or something? I haven't traveled by air since 2001 so I'm kind of clueless. Any tips would help. Thank you.
