Should I buy laptop now or later? (Ivy Bridge vs Haswell CPU?)
I can wait few month until next year April or May

but is Haswell CPU worth waiting?

1. CPU - will there be a significant performance boost compare to Ivy?
2. will there be a significant performance boost in GPU compare to right now?
3. will SSD price go down significantly?

my budget is within $1000 and as I said before I can wait til next April or May but if there aren't any significant performance boost, then I may consider buying right now.
I already have 3-4year old slow laptop that can handle what I need right now but I'm definitely going to replace it no later than next year.

i say wait a little bit, i work at staples and where about to come out with new laptops in a couple months, preloaded windows 8 and some not. the point is if you wait then you'll see the prices drop for laptops and desktop because of the bigger demand for tablets, and go for ivy bridge.
