Should I cancel my meeting with my Navy recruiter?

I have decided that at this time the Navy is not right for me. I have had 2 meetings with my recruiter and the one coming up tomorrow is my 'final decision' on whether or not I want to join now. Should I cancel my appointment and tell him on the phone that I don't want to join, or go to the meeting? I don't want to waste his time and he could put someone else in that time slot who wants to join.
