Here's what happened to me. I bought a $500 HTC smart phone from T mobile that I found was defective and I had to ship to their branch to get replaced, they told me it will arrive in 7 days maximum now its been over 15 days and i got nothing, they filed an escalation and promised to send me the replacement. Now i have no phone and i need one, should i just go a buy another smartphone from them till they send my the replacement and then sell that replacement on amazon "if" i got? Or will they keep me (my account) in their heads and start offering me bad customer service because of that defective phone service? can they spy on my phone and all that also? thanks

No you switch your carrier for good, I suggest you switch to Sprint because you have unlimited everything for 80$ a month (which is the cheapest price) plus Sprint will hopefully be getting the Apple iPhone 5 in September or October. Otherwise I would suggest you buy a iPhone which is not activated and the jailbreak it and then unlock it on t-mobile.
