pull out plugs before turning in case there is any water still in cylinders over then turn engine by hand a few times then remove fuel pump fuse to prevent flooding the engine with fuel and spraying flammable petrol over car. crank over engine you may get a shot of water out of the plug holes then make plugs are dry refit plugs and fuel pump fuse and try starting. then after a 1,000 miles or 1 month of running carry out oil flush and change all filters once more

Did you drain the trans, too? We ride sleds (snow machines on water) and when they sink (hopefully in not too deep water) we have to pull plugs and get the cylinders dried out and dump out the exhaust but the exhaust might not be an issue for you, if it starts it will blow it out. DUDE, driving lessons are in order!!! Show her that e brake thing. You might pull the carpet up in a corner and make sure it isn't molding. If it is just pull the seats and carpet so it can dry under it. If it's been sitting in those conditions I would try and get it running asap then change oil/ filter again after running a little while just to get the left over humidity or anything else out of it then check tranny for moister. Is there water in the gas tank? Fuel filter swapped out, man, that SUCKS.
