Should I get a 16 GB iPhone, 16 GB Droid Razr, or LG Lucid?

I have Verizon Wireless and I can't decide between these 3. The two 16 GB phones are $199.99 and the Lucid is $79.99. For the iPhone, I really like the appearance of it and how there are many accessories (like cases) for it. However, I don't like that it's not very customize-able and it's too similar to my 4th generation iPod touch. For the Droid, I like how it's really thin, durable, and customize-able; but I don't like how large it is. For the Lucid, I like that it's cheap and does pretty much the same thing as the other phone; but I don't like that the front facing camera is VGA. In your opinion, which of these is better? Thanks
