Should I get a Motorola Atrix HD or a Nokia Lumina 920?

I had an HTC inspire, and it completely crapped out on me a couple days ago. I'm looking at new phones, and I was going to get a Samsung Galaxy s3, but my mom said I couldn't have it because we'd have to get a bigger data plan and she didn't want to pay more on our bill. I was looking at the Motorola Atrix HD and the Nokia Lumina 920. Which one is a better phone? I am pretty rough on my phones and I am a heavy texter. I have AT&T if that matters.
