Should I get a quad bike, dirt bike, or Corsa?

Ok, bearing in mind, im 14, have 2 massive feilds and a massive wooded area, the contract for the feilds is that I cant have loud things on it, but do what I want on the woodlands. My mums not so keen about dirt bikes because they're only 2 wheels, but i can pursuade her to my preference from your answers. Corsa would be allowed on feilds, its quiet.
