Should I get an Ipad 4 or ipad mini?

I really want to get an ipad but i don't know whether to go for the cheaper mini or the full size one. I don't want to buy the mini and then wish i bought the full size. I also don't want to buy the full size and fork out so much money if the mini is just as good

The mini is pathetic. The screen is low in pixels and has a slow processor. The full iPad has a retnia display and a fast prossor. Also check out nexus. They are made by Google and sell for what it costs to make them and are as high quality as it gets.
