Should I get an iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 4G, or an Xperia X10?

So I'm on a tight budget. I'm choosing between these 3 gadgets. Which one should I get? Choosing iPod Touch makes me realize buying an iTouch isn't worth it because you can already have an iPhone. I don't know. Please help.

I have the 4th generation ipod touch and i really like it. On here u can text! Theres a thing called imessage and u can get texting apps. The only bad part is that u have to have internet connection to txt on imessage or the apps. So maybe an iphone is best for u idk. I like the ipod. If u get the ipod touch 8g its 100 dollars plus tax. The 32g (what i have) is 300 dollars plus tax. And the 100g is 500 dollars plus tax.
