Should I get iphone 4s or Motorola Atrix?

I currently have an iphone 3 with At&t. It's time to upgrade as it is very slow and this is extremely annoying. From time to time it will freeze up and has to be re powered, sometimes multiple times. Can't decide which of the 2 phones mentioned I should go with. I take pics, surf, email and text mainly. Any suggestions? Thanks
 
iPhone 4s! Esp if you love taking pictures, its going to be the best camera on a phone and they say you may not even need a digital camera! And of cource the phones perfect for all the other stuff you mainly do also.

The feature Siri also is amazing! :)
