Should I get the iPad now or wait for the new one?

ok so for christmas im getting an ipad but my mom said i could wait and do the "full apple experience" like going to the store at 12 AM and getting one but I cant decide! what should I do? thx!
 
Wait for the new one. It should be out between January-Febuary of this year. And if your mom really wants to go all out and go to the store for the new one, go for it XD

Only tip: might want to get there a day before if you are going to camp out (depending on the store of course). I've seen some pretty crazy lines.
