FIRST: I appologize in advance for the length of this post and I thank you in advance for reading it! 
Hi, I'm getting a new phone and these are the two I am trying to decide between. below are my reasons for why I like and dislike each phone.
LIKES:
VENUS: Very sleek, sophisticated, classy look...I love the leather battery cover, I like sliders I think they add a little bit of the sexy factor to a phone...I love the black and navy color scheme and the checkered keypad is very cute and contemporary.
ALIAS: I really like that it is light weight and thin...I like that it is a flip phone so it feels better to talk on when you answer or make a call and the most tempting feature of all i like that it is dual flip. The dual flip feature hiding the full qwerty makes the phone a really unique device and being a very eclectic person I like different things.
DISLIKES:
VENUS: I am not really a HUGE fan of touch screen phones so that makes it a tad undesirable. Its hard to see the screen in direct sunlight because of its mirrored finish...It looks so nice and pretty that I am sooo scared to drop it [unlike my orange env that has taken a beating I try to be careful i really do xD] and i think those are my only complaints...
ALIAS: qwerty looks cramped, the phone being very thin and fragile looking again afraid to drop it and it shatter into pieces, having a very "razr" appearance makes it seem to me...very corporate and although I work in accounting I prefer the more classy looking venus's appearance. I also don't think I like the color, I have only seen and played with the venus because my friend has one so i know alot about it thats why i like it...so i dont think i like the color of the alias its a weird blueish gray metallicy color is it more attractive in person? Also one of my online friends has is and says he hits the outside music buttons in his pocket alot starting the music player when hes places like work or church etc...is this a common occurance?
So if you own or have owned either of the 2 please let me know your opinions both good and bad.
*** PLEASE DON'T reccomend other phones like the env2 or voyager in titanium or anything else. I have already looked on verizon's site i dont like any others or I would have asked about them [just for clairification purposes]***
