Should I get the Sony Ericsson K-550i Cell Phone?

I am ready to purchase a Sony Ericsson - Cyber-shot K-550i Cell Phone (Unlocked) in White from Best Buy, but I had a few questions with the phone. First, is the Sony Ericsson a reliable phone that I will never have problems with? Second, If I do buy it, how can I make the phone work on my Verizon Wireless Plan? And third, is the memory good? Im guessing it is because it's also a digital camera so please tell me if the phone is worth it. Thank you!
