I have a new 75g and I have 5 tiger barbs and 2 blood parrots.
Should I introduce them separate, by putting in the barbs and then next week introduce my parrots?

yes you should never add alot of fish at a time or it will increase the possibility of ammonia and nitrite growth which is very bad.
you should add no more than 3 fish a week to allow the filter to catch up. because if you add lots of fish at a time then they will make lots of mess like poop and you'll need to add more food too and more bacteria will be made.
so you can either add the 2 blood parrots first and then 3 tiger barbs and then 2 more tiger barbs or
3 tiger barbs first then 2 tiger barbs and then the 2 blood parrots.

i would .. they can then get their surroundings and see all the neat lil areas. dont give them too long tho. they will miss each other. no more than 10 minutes each sounds good.

all the best to u n ur fish!

only add 2-3 fish every few weeks. less if the fish are large. ootherwise, the bioload will be too stroung for your biological filter., The tank may have to readjust itself, basically recycling itself, causing dangerouse fluctuations in the water chemistry
