I've been trying to lose weight, I love dancing and my friend uses Zumba and she used to be quite large and is thin now, but she doesn't say much about it. I Run, do the older boring workout stuff and haven't lost very much weight, I've even been eating healthy for a long time, I haven't had soda for a year or two now. I refuse to drink it. so should I invest in Zumba? I've heard very good things about it but a few more opinions would be great.
