Should I keep my ipod touch 4g if I'm about to get an iphone 4s?

A girl that I know is selling her week old iphone 4s for $70, which is obviously a deal that I can't pass up, but should I keep my touch? I got my touch last June so it's still pretty new.
 
Well u should use ur iPod for music and games and ur iPhone for just texting and calling people or if u want money sell ur iPod
