Should I keep this multi effect?

I have a Behringer V-Amp 2 Multi Effects Processor and it is one great device. I'm thinking about getting a Digitech RP90 m.e.p. Should just keep the V-Amp or maybe sell it on craig's list or sumthing like that to get the Digitech?
