Should I kill my neighbors cat?

My neighbor's cat comes over and takes a shit in my yard and sprays everywhere. I know my neighbor has a 7 y/o daughter and its her cat but I dont know what else to do. I'm thinking a bowl of milk and some antifreeze will do the trick. What do you guys recommend?

Not sure if cats go for antifreeze to be honest....unlike loser dogs i've never needed to exterminate them. Personally i'd use the rat poison.
