...Description)? Ok so I bought a pair of Sennheiser earphones on eBay and the seller assured me they were Authentic / genuine sennheisers. However they turned out to be sh!tty fakes, they were extremely low quality but they looked exactly like Sennheisers.

So I told him about it and he admitted they were fake and said I shouldnt expect genuine Sennheisers online (they were about $30 btw)

So anyway after a few messages he said if I post them back he'll give me a refund, after sending them he did give me a refund but the whole thing cost me $5 to send back and a lot of hassle and time.

So should I give him neutral or negative feedback? Im undecided.. What would you say in your feedback comment to him?

Thanks :)

Yea negitive feedback bro, he mislead you (the purchaser) by saying they were geni then blames u saying "oh u shouldnt expect real 1s" LOL. its his job 2 describe wat he is sellin not urs. he took u for a punk then wen u knew they were fake tried to say oh sorry ill refund. na stuff that bro, negitive him so the next person knows, and say why too, that his description wasnt right and they r not real but low quality fakes. Cheers.

Sure, give him a negative if you want. He lied about the product being authentic/genuine and that is being dishonest. His saying that you shouldn't expect genuine Sennheisers online is an excuse for doing bad business and that is unacceptable.

In the feedback, be honest. Say that he lied about his products and caused you a whole lot of trouble in sending back the product.
