I really wanted Fred Jackson, but my friend was higher on the priority list and he got him first. Anyways, he offered me a trade. Should I take it? I think I should...?

He's offering:
Fred Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, and Tony Gonzalez

and he wants my:
Jimmy Graham, Calvin Johnson

Should I do it?
Also, I have to give him another player I think to make it even, but I could give him some crappy guy.

No. Fred Jackson is the best RB in points, but so are Johnson and Graham. Maclin is mediocre receiver (don't let his stats deceive you) and Tony Gonzalez will get 4/7 of Graham's points.
Analyzation:
Jackson is the top RB, but he can fall easily (trust me) I would rather have Ray Rice
Megatron (Calvin Johnson) is breaking records
Jimmy Graham is Drew Brees's first option and Drew Brees is amazing.

Your friend is trying to take advantage of you not knowing a lot about fantasy football.
Don't trade Calvin Johnson for anybody because he always puts up a ton of points, and is one of the top 3 receivers in the NFL right now. Some even say he's the best.
Jimmy Graham is a great Tight End, and has Drew Brees throwing his way. Hes stacked up a lot of points.

Fred Jackson is great, but Jeremy Maclin + Tony Gonzalez arent worth it.
Decline the trade.

No. Graham is #1 TE and sign of slowing down and Megatron is best WR in football

NO dont do that thats not a good trade at all

jimmy graham is a great TE, and Calvin Johnson is sick, he leads the league in TDs and is probably the best WR in the league right now

you have a great TE that brees often looks too, so you dont need gonzalez
maclin isnt that great either

i would still try to get fred jackson though

i would make him give me either a better te or a better wr for megatron and jimmy grahm. those guys are both top 5 in their respective positions and fred jackson is the only guy your getting who really has consistant value. id say at this point fred jackson and calvin are comparable to each other but sacraficing jimmy grahm for two mediocre guys is not a smart play. you need quality in return not quantity.
