should i meet her or is it ok to be "busy"?

i met her a year ago but the friendship turns out to be bad. she become very boring because she only talk about herself,she is very clingy because she has no other friend and she annoy my other activities and personal matters
now she will move to other country. is it rude i pretend to be busy and dont have to meet her in person?or should i just suck it up and meet her for the last time and say goodbye?
