Should i purchase a capacitor for my car audio system?

it would probably help some...but it definately cant hurt lol so if you have some money to spend go ahead and pick one up....also try adjusting your settings on your amp if your sound quality is not sounding great, try turning all settings on half and then just mess around with them and have fun! hope this helps.

I have a 800watt amp and a 800watt 12" diamond audio sub. When turned up loud the sound quality drops drastically which it didnt with my 300watt amp and my lights dim. I know their is nothing wrong with wiring just wondering if a capacitor would help? THanks!!! will choose best answer. or is their another solution to this problem.
