here is the situation,
im at a gym on the treadmill, there are TVs in front of the treadmills, the gym closes at 10pm it is 9:50pm, the gym manager proceeds to turn my TV off and leave on the tv of the other two women ( who happen to be attractive women, and i am fat ) i walked to ask the gym manager why he turn off my TV and leave the other girls TVs on, he says that the other two TVs wont turn off...? i purposely went to the gym at 2AM ( the gym has a glass front to see inside ) all TVs were off! i will complain. is this grounds for a discrimnation lawsuit? i want to cancel the gym membership on grounds of breach of contract because of denying me service ( the TVs ) before closing of the gym. what should i do, what would you do yahoo community?
