I have about $500. I need tires bad, mine are bald, but i was thinking of trying to somehow get rims also. cheap ones, maybe by getting a deal with a wheel tire combo. I also want to do tints and magnaflow mufflers but idk what to do first. I was also trying to find things to help make my car look better. Body kits are too expensive. Maybe something like lights under my doors or something. idk. what do you think?
