ok my old high school class mate is a tech just like me and he download torrent illegal but should i report him or not

wtf i type one letter wrong as i was looking to a torrent and i found some thing that would make anyone sick and now i was looking for a way to report it and now i find out that torrents r not good and u will go to jail for a long time if u download the wrong thing so tell ur friends if they r downloading torrents to stop it
