Should I send a greeting card to the company where I had an internship and planning

to come back? I worked at a prestigious company last summer and planning on coming back again next summer. I wanted to send a holiday greetings card, but I am not sure if I should just send an email? Or send a paper card? Also, should I just send one personally to my manager, or send one to the manager but addressing the team, or send one to each person on the team (15 people).

I am not sure which one is a more appropriate option.
