1. you need to listen to music. i had mini-anxieties from sounds and i was like O.O almost every night. i put on HEADPHONES NOT EARPLUGS. and it helped me sleep like a dead person. earplugs/buds dont work because you can hear more and they might fall out. dont do pot dude it'll ruin something else if you keep doing it. stay cool. ur gf will support you and u know what. maybe you should have her come and sleep with (not sexually) you and u might sleep better
