I know this may sound like kind of a dumb question with Rogers being one of the best in the league, but he is coming off of a concussion and playing a tough dolphins team, but Young has the favorable matchup against Jacksonville, who have been giving up and average of 22 pts to opposing QB's, including Ryan Fitzpatrick.
