Should I sue Taco Bell?

Hello everyone, today I come to you with a very serious question. The last time I ate a #2 cheeseburger and fries at Taco Bell it seems as if there was male specimen in my burger. I think I may have contracted an STD since I ate it about 7 months ago. I just got tested yesterday for HIV/AIDS and the results showed positive. Should I sue Taco Bell?
 
a cheese burger at taco bell? now i know your joking but if your serious then yes sue their ass and balls
 
Male specimen? Just got tested yesterday and you have the results already, eh? Which POC test did you get?

Yeah...fail.
 
Taco Bell doesn't serve Cheese Burgers or Fries, and you have no proof. Nothing you say can be proved in court, beyond a reasonable doubt. And I don't think you can contract a STD that way.
 
1 Didn't know Taco Bell sold burgers.

#2 HIV is pretty fragile. It dies in the air. Splooging on your food would be a near impossible way to get it.

#3 You can sue for anything you want. You can sue because someone is wearing a purple shirt...... Doesn't mean you are going to win.

3. You have no evidence so it probably wouldn't end too well for you.
