should i take weight gain 2200 from gnc?

i just starting takeing protien while working out. my 1st goal is to gain 20-35lbs then to get toned up.the weight gain has 2200 calories per serving plus 72grams of protien where im taking 20grams per serving
 
its a good way to gain muscle mass and i personally recommend using protein to gain mass. so go for it.
if the gnc stuff gets too exspensive u should checkout walmart they have a couple of good brands and they are affordable
 
it is a good way to gain weight fast and it does work. however once you stop taking it if your not getting those same amount of calories your going to lose it just as fast as you gained it. i recommend once you get in your range weight to slowly decrease the amount of powder you add and let your body get used to not having so much slowly
