Should I try and talk to him or ignore it?

So, this guy I noticed the first time I went to the restaurant I noticed we glanced at each other but nothing big,(he works there by the way)but last night I went back there and I saw him again, and he was looking at me allot more then usual or the last time I was there he would continue to look even further away, I passed him a ton of times and he would always look at me, and when I would look back he would look away, or we would look for a second longer then I would with someone who didn't catch my attention, I don't know if he thought I was looking at him, and looked back at me, but when he was going in the back room he looked at me then I looked at him and he turned his head, I don't know its weird. Should I try to talk to him or just ignore it?& I was with a bunch of people I don't know if that had something to do with him not coming up to me. & if I should try I don't even know how to make a move, what would you recommend?
