I got a pair of Nike Free 3.0 and I just love the feel. However, I'm going to Angel's Landing and I was just wondering if I should use my Nike Free as my hiking shoes or just this training shoes I got.
you can, but it will put a lot more wear and tear on those shoes than they're meant to handle. I'd suggest buying hiking shoes. If you like the lightweight feeling of a good pair of running shoes, but want the durability of hiking shoes, check out the Virbam trek LS:
