Hya ,

I'm one of the greatest fan of Mr.Federer and loves more than any actor or any superstar and he's still one of the best player in tennis for me and will be.

But after seeing Mr.Federer loosing against Djokovic and his struggle due to his forehand and backhand errors , also due to new era of tennis players. I want to ask that should Federer retire from tennis keeping his reputation ? or he should keep playing in that case he might go more down.

What you guys think?

Thanks

P.S : If you read this federer , i just want to say you 2 X three words , I love you (and) you are best

No, he shouldn't retire if he want to retain his crown as greatest player ever, he must win 1-2 majors to distance himself from potential rival and win the singles gold medal at the all england club in 2012.
Sampras and agassi won major titles in their early 30s and I don't see why Fed can't win another one.

I think Roger is the greatest tennis player from now on. And at this present, he is still one of the best. If he retire, I think a lot of players just like Andy Rodick (I always like him) should retire at 4 or 5 years ago.

He's said that he'll retire in 2015. And no, he shouldn't do it yet. Come on, he won the Australian open this year. He has 8 years straight with winning at least 1 Grand slam. Just wait another year, and if he's still 16 GS winner, you could start talking about this.

And he did win in cincinnati just before US open

I agree with Michael, Iam a Federer Fan too but you cant deny the fact he has past his prime and also age is not with him although he is 29 he could still play competitive tennis for another 3 years, and yes he could win a grandslam unless Nadal is not playing in that Tournament, not that he cant beat Nadal but nowadays you can see that Nadal improved his game drastically and more aggressive than ever and who knows he could win all GS next year and along with Djokovic, Murray, the Competition is very tough so I think he may struggle in coming years

Anyway dont lose hope on him, After all he has nothing to prove, 16 GS in his Crown is something incredible and I dont expect much from him thesedays, its privilege to watch him play and enjoy his game and i dont care about the results.

No....I mean. Federer will still always reach at least the Quater Finals, he is still a better player than 95% of the players on tour.

It's just now when he reaches guys like Djokovic, Murray, Del Potro, Berdych....he will find it harder, because they are in their prime, and Federer is turning 30 next year.

I can't see Federer ever winning another Grand Slam, unless Nadal is injured and won't play in the tournament. Federer is still capable of beating a guy like Andy Murray, but Nadal has taken his game to a new level that Federer cannot reach.
