Should we eat all nutrition groups in one meal?

I usually divide one meal into two for example milk and fruit groups in break fast and grain, meat, and vegetable groups in lunch. And again milk and fruit groups in afternoon and grain, meat, and vegetable groups in dinner. Because I think the digestion system can not tolarte all in one meal as well as some group can interfere with others and inhibit their absorption, for example milk group can interfere with meat group.
