Should you eat the most at breakfast (eat till you are full) ?

At breakfast,
I had 5 pieces of chicken, and brown rice.
Then I had cereal with banana and skim milk,
After that, I had a cup of tea and coffee.

This is for breakfast.

This is healthy right?
And I've eaten a lot but it's ok to eat lots at breakfast right?

I'm 5'8 , 129 pounds, Male Teenager
 
yea of course. i eat most of my days calories in the morning. mainly because i workout in the morning. i have a breakfast that has about 300-350 calories. then workout. then have post workout meal which is around 450 calories. then i eat lunch, dinner, and a snack before bed (most of the time something like casein protein that will keep protein released in my body throughtout the night.)

oh yea i forgot to ask about the chicken...it was grilled right?
 
man I wish i had that much to eat at breakfast haha, but hmm, idk I guess it's ok, although you might want to substitute the chicken for something a little less greay, like french toast!!! well not sure if that's any better.
