What about peanut butter balls? *
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup honey
Mix all the ingredients together and form into small balls ( slightly larger than marbles). *Then roll the balls in whatever you prefer... Flaked coconut, chocolate chips, cookie crumbs, crushed nuts, sprinkles. **
If you wanted more of a dessert than a candy here is one I made up:
Oreo cookie crumb pie shell
instant chocolate pudding made according to directions
1 container cool whip
8 oz cream cheese softened to room temp
chopped pecans
2/3 cup powdered sugar
Mini chocolate chips

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined. Add 1 cup cool whip and mix well. (I like a splash of vanilla extract as well.) Spread into the bottom of the pie shell. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Pour chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips all over the top. Sometimes I sprinkle some pecans over the top as well. If you are feeling particularly lazy you can skip the cream cheese layer.*
Hope I gave you some ideas!*
