Hello ,

You have selected to use a great Antivirus product . However this product needs to be learned with patience and savy PC users . You may disable the Parental Control feature . This product is doing its job . You may also configure the Antivirus program to accept hotmail.com . I recommend searching your Antivirus features every once in a while and get to know it well and become aquainted with it . And do same with your PC .. .. dig in and learn it .. navigate it , get to know the basics and you will find your own anwers most of the time . Also plan on doing research as you are for this issue .. ask around .. and find answers .

Norton is a nightmare and will cause you more problems then it will ever solve for you.
TRy AVG and avoid this expensive crap.
