Skype video calling broken on iPhone 4 jailbreak 5.1.1? ?

I can run IMs just fine. I can also get and receive voice calls. I can see the other persons video in a video call, but I can't put mine up. I will click on the video icon, then choose front camera, and nothing. My video never pops up. I've tried changing it to rear camera as well. Still nothing. Any ideas? It's really bugging me because I love Skype >.<
 
I think a tweak called xcon fixes apps that recognize that the firmware is JB'd
