Skyrim Help for Playstation 3/Xbox 360!?

can you change the look of your character or race on Skyrim for PS3 and/or Xbox 360?
 
No. Once you lock in your choices at the beginning, that's it. You would just have to start a new character.

I don't like the hairstyle that I chose for my Breton mage, so I always put her in hooded robes. :p
 
I have over 70 hours in that game and I havn't ran into anythink than lets you change the look of your character and I am certain that you cannot change the race without having to start a new game
