Hi there,
I have been with Tiscali for a while now. The day before yesturday, I wa trying to D/L some torrents and getting my normal 650 + Kbps D/L rate.
Yesturday and today, I have been lucky to get 10 Kbps all on the same torrent. There are over 200 seeders and I know its an OK torrent, as a friend of mine is downloading at their normal speed.
I've tried D/L on different PC's around the house. I've tried switching it off and on, I am going to try the hammer and windows technique if this doesnt work.
If theres anything else than I havent said already, please say
