I've tried using both Frostwire and Limewire but the download speeds are both the same. I'm only getting about 3 or 4 KB max while I've checked at a few different speed test sites and my download speed is around 1.5MB. Are there any ports I need to forward or settings I need to adjust?

Also I'm simultaneously downloading something through Firefox and Frostwire and the Firefox download is downloading at 1.5 to 2MB while the Frostwire download is downloading at 4KB
