I have been trying to recreate this snack because I crave it every now & then. I know it must be simple but I just can't remember all they put in it. I went to Ensanada, Mexico a couple years ago and in the movie theaters my cousins (whom I don't talk to & barely met) had me and my sister & brother try these chips where they add stuff to them. I know they rip open the bag & add chili, lime/lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, these nutty type things, and I'm not sure if there was anything else. Is there a name for this treat? Also is there anything else you put in it and what exact brands do I use? Thank you to anyone who answers.
