SNES Onto Handheld System?

I brought out the SNES the other day and started playing some of my favorite old school games and then I was wondering.

Is it possible to get those games onto somekind of handheld system with ROMs or something. Maybe the DS or the GBA or anything.

Please let me know!
 
You can get emulators online, not sure about actually physically getting them on your handheld though.
