Im curious, been watching videos on youtube and I keep wondering how when people do wheelies on snowmobiles and they seem almost straight up in the air, standing up and never flip over backwards? Thinking about it, you got 600 pound all Top heavy machine nose straight up in the air, full throttle and somehow it seems people just keep going and never flip over. I curious to know what the trick is that seems to not take these sleds over backwards in this situation ?

Theres only a few inchs of track on the snow when you cat walk the sled. this wont get all the power get to the ground

First off, the longer and top-heavier something is, the easier it is to balance. You can try balancing something like a golf club from the handle and from the club and and you'll get what I'm talking about. Second, anything pulling a wheelie usually doesn't balance. The vehicle only stays up in the air until it stops accelerating so if anything goes wrong, it always falls forward. If they do go past vertical, the driver pulls the break and they're back on the safe side.
