So, are Blackberry Storms really hard to understand, or is it just me?!!?

I just got one as a gift yesterday, and it seems like it is a bit confusing... am I ever going to be able to fully understand the capabilities of this phone?
 
They are tough. It takes a while to get used to and some things i'm still not used to, but its getting better. Read the manual, join a blackberry forum or two for more tips and hints on how to use it.
