So I think i may have been eating bad peanut butter...?

I have been eating those CVS gold emblem peanut butter filled pretzels and i have been getting nauseous a few hours after eating them....
What do i do? how do i know if those were safe? I purchased them Feb 2nd.
I don't have health Ins to go to the hospital- will it just go away in a few days? what do i do?
I am worried about the Salmonella outbreak in pernut butter....
HELP!
i didnt see it on the list but why have i been feeling sick for the past week?

just throw the package away. high chances that a mass-produced pretzel w/ground peanuts may have originated at that plant. you'll be fine.
