at like observatories with thier huge telescopes that apprently let them see details in stars and crap millions and millions of miles away...then wouldnt they be able to go on top of a giant hill in california and check out whats going on in new york?

mountains would get in the way.
weather would get in the way.

im sayin like hypothetically speaking..being on the tallest mountain that if you looked straight itd be taller than the rest...or if there was one straight line pathway

Telescopes don't generally go below a 180 degree path. The lowest they'd go would be at a 90 degree angle to the Earth. Thus, even at the tallest mountain, you wouldn't see anything below you.

lol at Earth being flat.

I wanna be, the very best, like no one ever was... dun dun dundun

... why wouldn't you just bring it to space and look down? you know, like a satellite.

to catch them is my real quest, to train them in my caussssseeeeee. dun dun dundun

if there was a mountain tall enough, then yes

but there isn't so no
